This policy explains how Talent Network collects, processes and protects personal data from users of Talent Land Online (the «Platform»). It applies to both registered users and visitors.

Data controller

Talent Network is the controller of personal data collected through the Platform. You may contact us at [email protected].

Data we collect

Identification data (name and email from your Google account), activity metadata on the Platform (videos watched, progress, watch time, preferences), technical data (IP address, browser, operating system), and subscription data if you purchase a Premium plan (processed by Stripe).

Why we use your data

To give you access to the Platform (mandatory), to recommend content based on your Talent DNA profile (only if you have opted in), to improve the service through aggregated anonymized metrics, and to communicate service changes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data under the legal basis of contract performance when you use the Platform (GDPR art. 6.1.b for EU residents, LFPDPPP art. 9 for Mexico residents) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (analytics and marketing cookies, Talent DNA profile).

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO in Mexico) as well as portability and restriction (GDPR in the EU) at any time. To do so, access your privacy tools on the Platform, or write to us at [email protected]. We respond within 20 business days.

Retention

We keep your account as long as it is active. When you delete it we retain minimum data for tax obligations (billing) during the legally applicable period and then anonymize or delete them.

Processors and international transfers

We use well-known providers as processors: Supabase (database and authentication, USA), Railway (hosting, USA), Cloudflare (CDN and protection, global), Bunny Stream (video, EU/global), Stripe (Premium payments, global), and Google (OAuth authentication). These transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
