Terms and conditions
Last updated: April 21, 2026
These terms govern the use of Talent Land Online. By accessing the Platform you agree to comply with them. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Scope of service
Talent Land Online is a streaming platform offering recordings, live streams and editorial content from the Talent Land community to Spanish-speaking users.
Your account
Account creation is free and requires authentication with Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity performed through it. You must be at least 14 years old (Mexico) or 16 years old (EU) to register.
Plans and payments
The Platform offers a free plan with curated content and an annual Premium plan with full catalog access and live streams. Payments are processed by Stripe; the current price, duration and renewal terms are shown on the plans page. You can cancel the Premium plan at any time from your account; cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not grant a refund for the already paid period unless required by law.
Permitted use
Content on the Platform belongs to Talent Network or third parties that license it to us. Only personal, non-commercial use through the Platform is allowed. Downloading, redistributing, publicly reproducing or reselling content without written authorization is prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
You may not (a) bypass access controls, (b) extract data automatically (scraping) without prior agreement, (c) impersonate others, (d) use chat or live Q&A for abuse, harassment or spam, nor (e) attempt to compromise the Platform's security.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time from your profile; when closed you lose access to the contracted Premium content, without prejudice to rights already acquired during the paid period.
Liability
The Platform is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Network is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify substantial changes at least 15 days in advance by email or within the Platform.
Applicable law
For EU residents, Spanish law applies; for Mexico residents, Mexican law applies. Competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile when the law mandates it.
